Inspired by Bsouth who has home-made, organic butterflies in her garden, I thought I should put up some photos from the butterfly house at the New Forest Otter, Owl and Wildlife Park, where the butterflies are much easier to photograph because they are ginormous!
Strangely I found the experience of being in the butterfly house, being dive-bombed by these insects with 12cm wing-spans, almost more nerve-wracking than the inaugral horse ride.
The otters were very cute looking. Here they are, waiting for the keeper to bring some food for them.
